  • Bachelor’s degree (preferably in fisheries, marine science, agriculture, engineering, or rural development).

  • Fluency in Telugu (spoken and written) is mandatory.

  • Freshers can apply; interest in fieldwork and innovation is essential.

  • Strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills required.

  • Willingness to travel to coastal areas and basic reporting skills needed.

Job Description

Key Responsibilities



  • Training Coordination & Facilitation Plan and coordinate training programs across project sites. Support facilitators during ToT and community sessions. Ensure effective delivery of curriculum on seaweed cultivation, life skills, and livelihoods. Adapt training methods to local contexts to improve participation. Track training progress and learning outcomes.

  • Technical Coordination & Innovation Support Collaborate with the technical team to develop and refine tools and methods for seaweed cultivation. Simplify technical practices for community use. Support field pilots of new techniques and gather feedback. Act as a bridge between technical teams and communities to ensure solutions meet field needs. Document observations to improve processes and training content.

  • Field Implementation & Community Engagement Assist in on-ground cultivation activities such as installation, planting, and maintenance. Build strong relationships with SHGs and trainees to promote adoption of best practices. Support awareness sessions on sustainability and coastal resource management.

  • Documentation & Reporting Maintain records of trainings, field trials, and interventions. Document learnings and community feedback. Contribute to reports on innovations, challenges, and impact. Requirements Fluency in Telugu (spoken and written) is mandatory. Strong communication and coordination skills. Curiosity and willingness to learn and experiment. Ability to translate technical ideas into simple, practical solutions. Willingness to travel extensively to coastal areas. Basic documentation and reporting skills.
