AMRITA IQAC Head Speaks on AMRITA Vishwa Vidyapeetham’s Best Practices for Academic Leadership Program of Global Academy of Technology, Bangalore

Dr. Prashant R. Nair, Head & Vice-Chairman – Internal Quality Assurance Cell (IQAC), Amrita Vishwa Vidyapeetham, Coimbatore campus, spoke on Best Practices of Amrita Vishwa Vidyapeetham for an Academic Leadership Program of Global Academy of Technology (GAT), Bangalore, held at Hotel Radisson Blu Atria Bangalore on 9 May 2025. 50 senior faculty members of the college, including principals, deans, and HODs, attended the program, which was presided over by Ms. Aisshwarya DKS Hegde, secretary & trustee of GAT. Dr. Prashant R. Nair provided an overview of NBA Tier-1 (Washington Accord) Accreditation and showcased best practices of AMRITA, such as IQAC as a nodal office for rankings & accreditation, and the Department Academic Advisory Committee (DAAC) for OBE.  Dr. Nagamani Nagaraja, Chief of Strategy & Systems, GAT presented a memento to Dr. Prashant in the presence of Dr. Balakrishna H. B. Principal and Dr. Latha Rajagopalan, Dean-Academics of the college.
