Amrita School of Pharmacy Ph.D. Scholar Participates in Renowned CRS 2025 Conference, Philadelphia, USA

Mr. Sreejith T., Ph.D. Scholar in the Department of Pharmaceutics, Amrita School of Pharmacy, attended the Controlled Release Society (CRS) Annual Meeting & Exposition 2025, held in Philadelphia, USA, from 14th to 18th July 2025. This is one of the most prestigious global conferences in the fields of drug delivery and nanomedicine. At the conference, he presented his poster titled – Controlled Release of Gemcitabine with Partially Molecular Imprinted Microspheres for Cancer Therapy. His participation was supported by a Travel Grant awarded by the CRS Indian Chapter.

In addition, in January 2025, Mr. Sreejith was awarded the CSIR Senior Research Fellowship under the Medical and Pharmaceutical Sciences category. He is currently pursuing his doctoral research in an ICMR funded project under the guidance of Dr. Kaladhar Kamalasanan, Professor, Department of Pharmaceutics, Amrita School of Pharmacy.
