Amrita Vishwa Vidyapeetham and Durham University have signed a Memorandum of Understanding to establish an International Joint Centre of Excellence for Energy Resilience and Decarbonisation (CERD), strengthening India–UK academic collaboration in sustainable energy research.
The partnership will focus on clean energy systems, climate resilience, and low-carbon transitions, supporting joint research projects, faculty and doctoral exchanges, co-authored publications, and international funding initiatives.
