Amrita Vishwa Vidyapeetham Represented in the 2nd FICCI Higher Education Committee Meeting 2025

Amrita Vishwa Vidyapeetham was represented in the 2^nd Federation of Indian Chambers of Commerce & Industry (FICCI) Higher Education Committee Meetings 2025 held virtually on 9 June 2025. 45 senior administrators of various premier universities and higher educational institutions in India participated in the online committee meeting. Various discussion points included inputs for FICCI knowledge reports that advocate policy recommendations to the government of India. Dr. Prashant R. Nair, Head, IQAC, of Amrita’s Coimbatore campus, represented AMRITA at the FICCI higher education committee meeting and provided suggestions with respect to the upcoming knowledge report on AI in education. The meeting was presided over by Dr. Vidya Yeravdekar, Chair, FICCI Higher Education Committee and Pro-Chancellor, Symbiosis International University, and coordinated by Dr. Rajesh Pankaj, Director-Education & Skills, FICCI.
