Excited to share reflections from our recent colloquium at Amrita School of Business, Coimbatore, where we had the opportunity to engage in an interactive session with Ms. Arun Preethi Pillai on the topic “𝐆𝐞𝐭𝐭𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐉𝐨𝐛𝐬 𝐘𝐨𝐮 𝐀𝐜𝐭𝐮𝐚𝐥𝐥𝐲 𝐖𝐚𝐧𝐭.”

• Stop Comparing, Start Acting: The only question that matters is — can you do it? If yes, take the first step.
•  Entrepreneurial Mind-set Everywhere: Even within structured academic programs, innovation begins with initiative.

One of the most powerful takeaways was the reminder that dream jobs are not simply found — they are created through courage, experimentation, and consistent effort.
