  • The Directorate of Admissions is seeking a dedicated Project Manager (PM) to oversee the implementation, deployment, and optimization of an advanced AI-powered voice and chat bot system.

  • This project aims to revolutionize our outreach and support ecosystem by automating incoming inquiry handling and driving outgoing admissions campaigns.

  • The PM will serve as the core link between admissions leadership, counseling staff, and backend AI developers.

  • You will ensure the AI system accurately reflects university policies, seamlessly handles high-volume call cycles, and maintains a high-quality, empathetic stakeholder experience.
