- Community Development & Social Science Research Assistant. Duration: 1 Year | Type: Full-time/Contract | Positions: 2 | Location: Field-based with regular travel
- We are seeking motivated Field Project Research Assistants to support community development through implementation research, social science research, and program evaluation. The role involves working with marginalized communities, conducting field research, documenting implementation processes, and contributing to evidence-based learning and social change.

| Key Responsibilities
|
- Support field research, implementation, and evaluation activities.
- Coordinate field visits, stakeholder engagement, interviews, focus group discussions, surveys, and participatory research.
- Collect, manage, and maintain qualitative and quantitative data ethically and accurately.
- Document field observations, implementation challenges, adaptations, and lessons learned.
- Assist with transcription, translation, coding, data cleaning, and analysis.
- Conduct literature reviews and support preparation of reports, policy briefs, presentations, and academic manuscripts.
- Contribute to monitoring, evaluation, learning activities, and at least one research publication.
