Application Process

Interview

Conduct of Interview

Within one week of the application’s submission, applicants will receive the call letter to their registered email ID from the respective campus departments. The applicants should login to their application portal and accept the Interview Call letter.

Interview Result

The applicants will receive the selection letter to their registered mail id.

PAO (Provisional Admission Offer)

Selected applicants will receive the PAO within one week after the Interview. Candidates can accept the PAO by logging into the portal before the PAO acceptance deadline.

Payment Deadline

Candidate should complete the payment on or before the given deadline.
Candidates once accept the PAO it will be directed to the fee payment page.

Fee Payment

Candidates should pay the full tuition fee payment amount (inclusive of CD). However, applicants will have the option for part payment to be completed before the last date. Payment can be completed in 3 partial payments before the given deadline.

Eligibility

Pass with Minimum 60% or CGPA 6.0 in B. E. / B. Tech. / M. Sc. in Engineering or Sciences discipline. The degree should be of relevance to the opted M. Tech. program.

Selection Process

Direct admission to GATE qualified students.
Non GATE qualified students will be admitted based on academic records and performance in interview.

GATE Qualified Candidates:

GATE Qualified candidates having valid GATE score will be given Direct Admission.
GATE Qualified candidates are not eligible for Scholarship fees. Scholarship Fees is applicable ONLY for Non-GATE candidates.

Non-GATE Qualified Candidates:

Selection/ Admission into M.Tech is purely based on the performance in the interview.
The interview will be conducted once in two weeks time. Candidate will be given the opportunity to attend only one interview based on his first preference of specialization.

Selected candidates will be intimated by SMS / E-Mail or both to the registered Mobile/ E-Mail ID.
