Job Description	Sustainable Materials, Circular Bioeconomy and Environmental Systems Science Applications are invited for one Postdoctoral Fellowship in the Department of Chemistry, Amrita School of Physical Sciences, Amrita Vishwa Vidyapeetham, Coimbatore, under the guidance of Dr. G. Sivasubramanian, Associate Professor. The Fellow will undertake independent and interdisciplinary research spanning bio-resources, circular bioeconomy, waste-to-wealth technologies, multifunctional materials, environmental remediation, photocatalysis, and sustainability assessment. Applicants should possess a PhD in Chemistry/Physics/ Biotechnology/ Biochemistry/ Microbiology/ Toxicology or any related discipline. Experience in one or more of the following areas is desirable: multifunctional material synthesis, photocatalysis, environmental technologies, batch and flow reactor systems, life cycle assessment (LCA), techno-economic analysis (TEA), design of experiments, Python, AI-enabled research tools, and scientific data analytics. The Fellow will work within an Indian Knowledge Systems-inspired research environment where heritage, materials, society, sustainability, science, and policy intersect. The fellowship carries a consolidated amount of ₹60,000 per month for one year and is renewable based on performance. Indian and international applicants are welcome.
