Welcome and Orientation Session for Allied Health Sciences Batch of 2025

The Department of Allied Health Sciences at Amrita Hospital, Faridabad, organized a Welcome and Orientation Session on 28th July 2025 at the Amriteshwari Auditorium for the incoming undergraduate and postgraduate students of the 2025 batch.

The program was graciously hosted by students of the 2023 batch — Ms. Diya Vats, a 2nd-year student of B.Sc. Anesthesia Technology, and Ms. Aarzoo, a 2nd-year student of B.Sc. Physician Associate — who extended a warm and enthusiastic welcome to the new students.

The session commenced with an inaugural address by the Chief Guest, Dr. Sanjeev Singh, Medical Director, Amrita Hospital, followed by an inspiring message from Dr. B.K. Mishra, Principal, Amrita School of Medicine.
Spiritual blessings and insights were shared by Br. Harshamrita Chaitanya, setting a positive tone for the academic journey ahead.

A comprehensive overview of the curriculum was presented by Dr. T.K. Saha, Head of the Department of Allied Health Sciences, followed by detailed introductions to various programs by the respective Heads of Departments.
The event concluded with a Vote of Thanks delivered by Mr. Jit Adhikary, expressing gratitude to the esteemed dignitaries, faculty members, students, and staff who contributed to the successful initiation of the new academic year.

The orientation served as a meaningful platform to familiarize the students with Amrita Vishwa Vidyapeetham values, academic expectations, and the diverse opportunities awaiting them in the field of Allied Health Sciences.
