The department of Electrical and Electronics Engineering of Amrita School of Engineering, Coimbatore organised a national level workshop on Soft Computing Techniques with the support of the Institution of Electronics and Telecommunication Engineers (IETE) from July 17-18, 2015.
Dr. Vijaya Chandrakala K. R. M., Assistant Professor at the department of Electrical and Electronics, Amrita School of Engineering, Coimbatore campus was recently honored with a certificate of appreciation from the editorial team of Energy Conversion and Management, in recognition for her outstanding contributions to the quality of the journal.

The IEEE International Conference on “Technological Advancements in Power & Energy– TAP Energy 2015″, organized by the department of Electrical & Electronics Engineering, Amritapuri campus was successfully held 24th to 26th June 2015.
