Dr. Sherri Bucher is a global health researcher with 20+ years of expertise in maternal, newborn, and child health. She is an award-winning innovator and educator who strengthens health systems around the world through implementation science, digital health solutions, and evidence-based medical education. Dr. Bucher has cultivated strategic partnerships across North America, Europe, Africa, Asia, and Latin America, working with ministries, NGOs, and academic institutions. Accomplishments include $23+M in research funding, 80+ publications, and 4 patents for “NeoWarm” – a device preventing newborn hypothermia. She believes in the “5 C’s of partnership:” A Common Vision, Cooperative Collaboration, Connection, Currency, and Compassion.
