Abstract : This paper involves designing and implementing a cloud based agricultural sales tracking system utilizing blockchain technology to aid farmers. The aims are to increase the transparency and efficiency of record keeping systems to help in tracking crop sales, understanding profits and promote sustainability. Blockchain ties up into this vision as it allows us to enable traceability and accountability throughout the supply chain. Smart contracts will be used to automate certain aspects of the transaction as well as to keep as well as to understand the profit at each stage, this profit data will be used to share a percentage of the total profit to the farmer. Further integration of cloud will be done to help with scalability and availability of the platform to all the farmers who wish to use it to improve their situation. Finally, we hope that this platform will help farmers with pay disparity problems and make their lives better.
