APPICON 2026

Serenity Summit – Where Minds Synapse

Amrita Vishwa Vidyapeetham, Kochi

About

APPICON 2026, the annual conference of the Association of Physiologists and Pharmacologists of India (APPI), will be hosted this year by the Kerala Chapter of APPI. Titled “APPICON 2026: Serenity Summit – Where Minds Synapse”, the conference offers a vibrant platform for scientific exchange and interdisciplinary dialogue.

Anchored in the theme “Integrating Mind, Body, and Medicine,” APPICON 2026 brings together physiologists, pharmacologists, clinicians, researchers, and academicians from across India and abroad to explore contemporary and emerging dimensions of brain–body integration and mental well-being. As mental health challenges grow in complexity, integrating mind and body offers a unifying framework for innovation in neuroscience and therapeutics. The scientific programme spans cutting-edge sessions on mapping the mind; mind–body interactions and integrative medicine; neurophysiology of emotion and decision-making; neuroplasticity and translational neuropsychiatry. Unique sessions on Yoganidra and serenity, food as a biological experience for synaptic rewiring, underscore the integrative spirit of the summit.

APPICON 2026 aspires to foster collaboration, innovation, and holistic perspectives that advance mental health research, education, and clinical practice.
