Bio

Dr. Anusree Dileep is currently serving as Professor in the Department of Swasthavritta at the Amrita School of Ayurveda, Amritapuri. She completed her Bachelor of Ayurvedic Medicine and Surgery (BAMS) from Sri Jayendra Saraswathi Ayurveda College, Chennai in 2004, and her postgraduate studies (MD) from S.D.M. College of Ayurveda, Karnataka, in May 2009, with specialization in Kayachikitsa.

She joined the Amrita School of Ayurveda in July 2009 as an Assistant Professor in the Department of Swasthavritta and has since been actively involved in teaching, academic development, and professional service, contributing significantly to the field of Ayurveda.

Teaching Experience

Dr. Anusree has over 16 years of teaching experience in the field of Swasthavritta. She has been serving as a Postgraduate guide for the past 12 years, mentoring students in academics and research. She has presented research papers at both national and international seminars, contributing actively to academic discourse.

Dr. Anusree has extensive experience in community outreach, having participated in numerous medical camps and public health campaigns. She is deeply involved in organizing health awareness programs for school students as well as the wider community. Her key areas of interest include Preventive Medicine, with a special focus on lifestyle disorders, and community health awareness.
