• Lead end-to-end PhD admissions strategy and manage the admissions team to achieve targets.


• Collaborate with academic departments, drive digital marketing campaigns (SEO, SEM, social media), and optimize lead generation.


• Analyze data, monitor conversions, and refine processes.
