• Identify training gaps by assessing corporate requirements and ensure that the gaps are bridged.


• Train students on the importance of verbal communication and its impact on personality and attitude.


• Plan and prepare training content to bring out the best in students and make sessions a lively learning experience.


• Develop listening, speaking, reading, and writing skills in students, taking placement requirements into consideration.


• Encourage and motivate students to communicate fluently and confidently.


• Enable students to become competent to attend examinations for higher studies, such as CAT and GRE.


• Conduct exams regularly and provide immediate feedback to help students assess their progress, identify areas of improvement, and overcome their flaws.


• Impart training based on industry requirements, thereby equipping students to face placement tests.


• Provide training in special skills such as Public Speaking, which plays an important role in the overall personality development of students.


• Actively participate in and contribute to the special training drives organized by CIR for the benefit of Amrita students.


• Stay updated with university-related accreditation requirements under the purview of CIR Learning and Development activities and maintain appropriate documentation.


• Contribute to periodic curriculum revisions in Verbal and Communication Skills based on current industry requirements.


• Update students’ knowledge by making the latest question papers and reference materials readily available.


• Create question banks.


• Offer company-specific and placement-oriented training.
