Organised by Amrita Vishwa Vidyapeetham and endorsed by the ICPC Foundation, the initiative creates opportunities for school and college students to strengthen their programming skills, gain industry exposure, and become part of a growing global coding community.
Following the success of the 2025 edition, which witnessed 5000+ registrations and participation from 55 countries, ICPC Algo Queen 2026 aims to expand its impact further and inspire more girls to pursue opportunities in technology and innovation.


Baku, September 2025 – ICPC AlgoQueen: The Girls’ Programming Cup, hosted by Amrita Vishwa Vidyapeetham and endorsed by the ICPC Foundation, was recognised on the global stage at the ICPC World Finals 2025 in Baku.
During the finals, AlgoQueen was publicly acknowledged for its impact in empowering women in competitive programming, and a special award was presented to Mr. Vipin Pavithran, Regional Contest Director (RCD), who received it on behalf of the entire AlgoQueen community.
This recognition stands as a testament to the dedication, passion, and collective efforts of organisers, mentors, participants, partners, and supporters who contributed to the success of the initiative.
