Abstract : The rapid growth of electric vehicles (EVs) has created a new set of challenges in the refueling infrastructure and energy distribution. This research paper presents an "Automated EV Charging Allocation"integrated with a "Path Navigation System"solution that utilizes a rule-based system to reserve the nearest charging station based on distance, battery information, and availability of chargers. This system employs a two-way communication to transfer real-time data such as battery level, estimated arrival time, slot availability, hence assuring safe navigation and arrival of the rider. Upon continuous simulation and testing, it has shown that utilizing automated communication reduces manual errors, congestion and improves the reliability of EV charging networks. © 2026 IEEE.
