- Research & Publication: Conduct advanced research in cybersecurity, with a focus on areas such as network security, AI-driven cybersecurity, threat intelligence, intrusion detection, IoT/fog/cloud security, digital forensics, privacy-preserving machine learning, and cyber resilience. Publish high-quality research findings in reputed peer-reviewed journals (IEEE, Springer, Elsevier, ACM)
- Intellectual Property & Patents: Identify innovative cybersecurity frameworks, threat detection algorithms, secure communication protocols, privacy-preserving techniques, AI-driven defense mechanisms, and hardware-software security solutions developed during the project for filing patents and protecting the institution's intellectual property.
- Application Development: Design, develop, and implement scalable software tools, security frameworks, intrusion detection and prevention systems, malware analysis platforms, threat intelligence dashboards, digital forensic tools, and secure applications for real-world cyber defense.
- Research Project Development & Funding: Contribute to the preparation of competitive research proposals for national and international funding agencies. Support the execution of sponsored research projects, establish collaborations with academic, industrial, and government organizations, and contribute to technology transfer and innovation initiatives.
- Mentorship & Collaboration: Supervise postgraduate and undergraduate students working on cybersecurity-related research projects. Collaborate with multidisciplinary research teams, industry partners, and government agencies to address emerging cybersecurity challenges and promote interdisciplinary research.
