Abstract : With increased complexity and magnitude of cyber threats unfolding constantly, the necessity to develop sophisticated security measures has never been more imperative. This paper discusses an exhaustive examination of various patterns of cybersecurity attacks, detection methods, and countermeasures using the Raspberry Pi as an affordable and effective platform to monitor security in real-time. The research is centered around real-time vulnerability scanning, brute-force attack detection, penetration testing, and digital forensic analysis for an evaluation of the security posture of systems. We analyze attack frequency, risk factors, and the efficacy of various defense mechanisms based on data-driven methods and visualization techniques. We also illustrate the application of real-time monitoring using Raspberry Pi in the detection of malicious activities and the evasion of possible breaches. Through examination of security reports created from network traffic and intrusion attempts, this study identifies primary weaknesses that were targeted by attackers and recommends proactive actions to make defenses more robust. The results help develop more resilient cybersecurity models, showcasing how Raspberry Pi can be an all-purpose tool for augmenting threat intelligence and defensibility against future cyber attacks.
