Ashwin Perumal currently serves as Junior Research Fellow at Amrita Agilent Analytical Research Centre .He joined the lab A3RC in the year 2018. He completed his bachelors (2012-2015) and masters (2015-2017)in Biotechnology from Amrita school of Biotechnology.

Projects and Trainings
  1. Five months Master’s dissertation on the topic “Detection of veterinary hemoprotozoan infections in the Indian metropolis”, under the guidance of Prof. Utpal S Tatu, Department of Biochemistry, Indian Institute of Science, Bangalore, January-May,2017.
  2. Six months Bachelor’s project on the topic “Furfuryl derivatives of Meldrum’s acid-synthesis,characterization & applications”, under the guidance of Dr. Sobha V Nair , Amrita school of Biotechnology, January to June, 2015
