Modulation of MicroRNA and Protein Signatures in Hepatocellular Carcinoma by Chemopreventive Phytochemicals

The current study will enable the elucidation of global miRNA expression profiles and identification of miRNA targets in response to intervention with chemopreventive phytochemicals in liver cancer. This will enable a better understanding of miRNA dysregulation and identify novel biomarkers for preventive or therapeutic intervention in liver cancer. The study will also yield mechanistic insights into the potential use of phytochemicals in liver cancer.
