The Entrepreneurship Cell (E-Cell) of Amrita Vishwa Vidyapeetham, Nagercoil Campus is an institutional initiative aimed at fostering an entrepreneurial mindset among students. The cell functions under the guidance of faculty mentors and is driven by a dynamic student team committed to promoting innovation, creativity, and startup culture on campus.
E-Cell organizes workshops, hackathons, expert talks, and startup competitions to equip students with essential skills, industry exposure, and networking opportunities. The primary goal is to bridge the gap between academic learning and real-world business challenges, enabling students to transform innovative ideas into viable ventures.

The Entrepreneurship Cell of the School of Computing was formally inaugurated as a significant step towards promoting innovation and entrepreneurship on campus. The event marked the launch of a structured platform for students to explore entrepreneurial opportunities.
The Faculty Convener, Dr. M. Navaneetha Krishnan, addressed the gathering and emphasized the importance of innovation, startup culture, and industry readiness. The student leadership team was introduced, highlighting their roles and responsibilities in driving the initiatives of the E-Cell.
