Course Objectives

  • To offer a comprehensive introduction to Bh?rath in a nutshell, with special emphasis on the foundational sources of Indian thought and the eminent personalities who significantly shaped philosophical, cultural, scientific, and social disciplines.
  • To explore India’s major contributions to humankind, highlighting its enduring impact in areas such as knowledge traditions, science, technology, ethics, and civilizational values that continue to influence the world.
  • To critically understand India’s present position in global geopolitics, along with its unique and holistic approach to science and ecology, rooted in sustainability, harmony with nature, and long-term civilizational wisdom.
