Course Description
The course is designed to introduce fundamental aspects of Intellectual Property Rights to learners who are going to play a major role in development and management of innovative process. The course is designed for increasing among a multidisciplinary audience.
At the end of the semester, the student should be able to:
Analyse various aspects of copyrights and geographical indications
Analyse various aspects of patents and Infer aspects of industrial designs
Examine various aspects of trademark, and apply the knowledge about the enforcement of intellectual property rights
