Course Description

The course shall enable the student to learn about the various methods of nutritional assessment and the skills to measure and interpret them.

This course will enable the students to

1. Understand the nutritional assessment of patients

2. Learn the skills to measure and interpret the various indicators and indices of nutritional assessment.

3. Learn to design a nutritional assessment plan for subjects.
