About the Bootcamp

The Amrita Bootcamp on Generative AI & LLMs: From Concepts to Applications – 2026 is a four-day intensive programme organized by the Department of CSE, Amrita School of Computing, Nagercoil Campus, from 27–30 August 2026. The bootcamp provides a strong foundation in Generative AI and Large Language Models (LLMs) through expert-led sessions and hands-on training.Participants will explore Prompt Engineering, Fine-Tuning, Multimodal AI, Speech AI, RAG, and Agentic AI.The programme emphasizes practical implementation, project-based learning, and real-world applications of emerging AI technologies. It aims to develop industry-relevant skills and practical expertise to design and build AI-powered solutions.

Guidelines

  • No registration fee will be collected from the participants.
  • The bootcamp will be conducted in offline mode at the Amrita School of Computing, Nagercoil Campus.
  • Participants are expected to attend all sessions regularly and participate actively in the hands-on activities.
  • Participants should bring their own laptops with chargers for practical and project-based sessions.
  • Eligible participants will be selected on a first-come, first-served basis and will be intimated through e-mail.
  • Sessions will include expert lectures, demonstrations, hands-on exercises, and a Hackathon with exciting prizes for the best-performing teams.
  • Certificates will be issued to participants who meet the prescribed attendance and participation requirements of the bootcamp.
