About the Symposium

The 2-Day Symposium on “cgermes.AI – Research, Education & Practice” is designed to strengthen advanced research capabilities among faculty members, research scholars, industry practitioners, and students through expert-led sessions, hands-on demonstrations, and interactive discussions. The symposium focuses on enhancing competencies in quantitative and qualitative research methodologies, scale development and validation, experimental research designs, bibliometric analysis, artificial intelligence applications in research, and scholarly publishing practices. Participants will gain practical exposure to advanced research tools and methodologies that can be applied across multidisciplinary domains

The symposium aims to:

  • Develop advanced research skills among faculty members and doctoral scholars through structured methodological training.
  • Equip participants with expertise in systematic literature review, bibliometric analysis, qualitative research methods, and experimental designs.
  • Build competency in primary data analysis techniques, including Exploratory Factor Analysis (EFA), Confirmatory Factor Analysis (CFA), Structural Equation Modelling (SEM), and Partial Least Squares Structural Equation Modelling (PLS-SEM).
  • Promote the ethical use of Artificial Intelligence tools to improve efficiency and productivity in research and academic writing.
  • Provide networking opportunities with journal editors and subject experts to understand publication expectations and best practices.
