The Department of Chemistry organized “Chem Quiz 2017” an intercollegiate level Quiz Competition on April 4, 2017 at the Amritapuri Campus.

Fourteen teams with 28 participants from various colleges and Universities participated in the event. Students of S4 MSc Integrated Chemistry, Amrita Vishwa Vidyapeetham bagged the first prize and the team from University College, Kariavattam, Thiruvananthapuram have the second prize, and team from Department of Chemistry, Kerala University, Thiruvananthapuram have the third prize. The prizes include cash prices worth Rs. 3000, Rs .2000 and Rs. 1000 respectively.
