At least one author of each accepted paper must completeFull Registration and present the paper, for it to be included in the ICRM 2026 Conference Proceedings. The registration fee varies depending on the chosen category and the specified deadlines.
One registration is valid for one accepted paper only. Authors with multiple accepted papers must complete separate registrations for each paper.
A paper will be included in the conference proceedings only after successful registration and presentation by at least one registered author.
The Presenting Author must complete the registration within the specified deadline.
Attendee Registration is intended for participants without an accepted paper.
Co-authors who were not included in the original submission cannot be added during the camera-ready submission. However, they may register separately as attendees.
After completing the registration process no refunds or cancellations are permitted.
The Organizing Committee reserves the right to verify all registration details and supporting documents.
IEEE Member registration benefits are applicable only upon successful verification of a valid IEEE Membership Card.
Camera-ready manuscripts are limited to 6 pages.
Important Note: Your paper may be excluded from the conference proceedings if it contains plagiarized content or AI-generated content exceeding the permissible threshold, as per the applicable conference policy. No registration fee will be refunded in such cases.

Valid IEEE Membership Card (for IEEE Member registrations)
Valid Student Identity Card or faculty members/ staff, or presenting authors, or attendees and other professionals Identity Card, certified by the institution showing your name and current enrolment status.
