As a part of National Youth Day Celebration, ASB, Coimbatore organized a discussion forum on 12.01.2023 on the topic “Speaking the Unspoken – A discussion forum among Teachers and Students”. The forum mainly discussed and shared ideas about socially pressing issues faced by students. The event was interactive which helped students to know better about their teachers. The discussion assisted students to identify ideas in order to face stress caused by these social and cultural issues. The discussion had Dr. Hemalatha Venkataraman,                 Dr. Balasubramanian, Dr Suresh, Dr. Hemamala Krishnan, Dr. Deepak Gupta, Dr. Shyam, Dr. Senthil Kumar and Professor Gopakumar who discussed about global concerns like Pressure faced by students, LGBTQ+, Mental health, Gender equality, academic burnouts, work life balance – that affects student’s aspirations. The discussion created a long term vision in many students as aspirants.
