Aswani C. Rajeev completed her B.B.A. LL.B. (Hons.) from Government Law College, Thrissur, and earned her LL.M. in Corporate and Financial Law and Policy (2024–2025) from Jindal Global Law School, O.P. Jindal Global University, where she was a recipient of the Savitri Jindal Scholarship.
Her research interests include Competition Law, Mergers and Acquisitions, Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR), and Gender Justice. She possesses hands-on experience in drafting and strategizing legal documents across diverse areas of practice, including MSME disputes, arbitration claims, writ petitions, criminal complaints, consumer disputes, and civil suits. She has also completed internships with government institutions, the judiciary, and leading private law firms, gaining practical exposure to litigation, dispute resolution, and corporate legal practice.
She has served as the Joint Convenor of the Amrita Global Corporate Law Centre (AGCLC) and the Amrita Centre for ADR (ACADR), Convenor of the AISL Entrepreneurship and Innovation Cell, and Co-Editor of Amrita Nyaya Sutra, the institutional newsletter of Amrita International School of Law.
She currently serves as Executive Assistant to the Dean and Assistant Professor (Law) at Amrita International School of Law, Amrita Vishwa Vidyapeetham. Her responsibilities encompass teaching, research, academic mentoring, and contributing to institutional academic and professional development initiatives.
