Bio

Dr. Mithun Kumar Kar, an Assistant Professor (Senior-Grade) at the School of Artificial Intelligence, Amrita Vishwa Vidyapeetham, Coimbatore, holds a doctoral degree from the National Institute of Technology, Puducherry, India, and a Master’s degree from the Indian Institute of Technology Guwahati. His expertise lies in Machine Learning and Deep Learning models, particularly in the context of biomedical image segmentation. Dr. Kar actively collaborates with national and international institutions, and his research contributions are reflected in published scientific journals and presentations on global platforms. Currently, he focuses on developing generative adversarial networks for various machine learning applications.
