Bio

Dr. G. V. P. Chandra Sekhar Yadav is a Senior Grade Assistant Professor in the Department of Computer Science and Engineering, School of Computing, Amrita Vishwa Vidyapeetham, Amaravati Campus, Andhra Pradesh. He holds a Ph.D. in Electronics and Communication Engineering from KLEF, an M.Tech. in Digital Electronics and Communication Engineering, and a B.Tech. in Electronics and Communication Engineering from JNTUK.

He has academic, teaching, and research experience in the areas of Electronics and Communication Engineering and Computer Science. He has worked as a Junior Research Fellow (JRF) in a DRDO-sponsored NRB research project, contributing to research and experimental activities. His doctoral research focused on infrared thermography, non-destructive evaluation, and advanced signal-processing techniques for subsurface defect detection and characterization.

His current research interests include Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, Deep Learning, Agentic AI, Signal Processing, Image Processing, and Intelligent Computational Systems. He is actively involved in research, teaching, student mentoring, curriculum development, and academic activities, with an emphasis on interdisciplinary and application-oriented research.
