Bio

Dr. G. Saranya currently serves as Assistant Professor in the Department of Computer Science and Engineering, Amrita School of Engineering, Amrita Vishwa Vidyapeetham, Chennai Campus.

She completed herPh.D in the domain of Software Engineering in 2017 at College of Engineering Guindy, Anna University Chennai and completed her Masters (M.Sc – Mathematics)at Alagappa University in 2015 and Master of Computer Application at Quaid-E-Millath Govt. Arts College for WomenChennai (University of Madras) in 2009. She did her graduate (B.ScMathematics) at Jaya College of Arts and Science, University of Madras in 2006.

She has around 4 years of teaching experience and 7 years of research experience. Herresearch interest includes Software Engineering, Database Management Systems, Evolutionary Algorithms, Machine Learning, and Secure Coding.

She has published around 9 journals of which 4 are indexed in Scopus.She has an h-index of 4 and i10-index 3.
