Malavika V. S. is an Assistant Professor (Management) at the Amrita International School of Law, Amrita Vishwa Vidyapeetham. She holds an MBA in HR and Marketing from the Cochin University of Science and Technology and B.A. LL.B. from the University of Kerala. Her academic interests lie in management and legal studies, with a focus on Human Resource Management, Organizational Behaviour, Business Law, Corporate Governance, and regulatory compliance.
