Mr. Rahul Raj M currently serves as Assistant Professor in the Department of Computer Science and Engineering, School of Computing, Chennai Campus.

He has more than three years of Teaching and four years of Research Experience. He has published 3+ research articles in Peer-reviewed International Journals (SCI, SCIE, and Scopus-indexed journals) with the highest Impact Factor of 2.0. In addition to that, he has attended various International Conferences, Faculty Development programs, Workshops, and Training Programs.

  1. Conducted a workshop on LaTeX to enhance technical documentation skills among participants of a one-month internship program held at the College of Engineering Trivandrum (CET), Thiruvananthapuram, in April 2025.
  2. Participated in a 40-hour online faculty development program on “Natural Language Processing and LLMs,” Sponsored by the Ministry of Electronics and Information Technology (MeitY), GoI, Organized by E &ICT Academy, NIT Warangal, and Annasahed Dange College of Engineering and Technology, Ashta, Maharashtra, from 28 to 9 March 2024.
