Job Description

Responsibilities:



  • Facilitate communication and coordination between the Director’s office and various internal teams, academic departments, and external stakeholders.

  • Record minutes of meetings, maintain action trackers, and follow up with departments & team members to ensure timely implementation of decisions.

  • Draft official communications/circulars and maintain records of important documents, reports, and presentations.

  • Coordinate approvals, documentation, and internal requests routed through the Director’s office.

  • Support cross-functional coordination for university-wide initiatives.

  • Manage all MoUs and agreements for Amrita Online.

  • Help with providing Amrita Online data for all rankings and submissions to various government & ranking agencies.

  • Manage all finance payments for Amrita Online. Coordinate with the Accounts team.
