Job description

  • We are seeking a creative, dynamic, and socially committed individual to support the growth of women’s Self-Help Groups (SHGs).

  • This role is perfect for someone passionate about fashion, design, and women’s empowerment through skill-building and business development.
Key Responsibilities

  • Stock Management: Track stock and suppliers, update records, notify the team of stock levels, and ensure products are tagged and dispatch-ready.

  • SHG Group Records: Coordinate with group heads and maintain updated SHG details and contacts.

  • Business Strategy: Collaborate with SHGs on sustainable business plans, market research, pricing, promotions, and upskilling initiatives.

  • Design & Product Development: Create market-ready designs, oversee product development, ensure feasibility, and source materials competitively.

  • Marketing & Sales: Develop promotional materials, manage social media campaigns, document artisan stories, and gather customer feedback.

  • Training & Upskilling: Conduct workshops, mentor SHG members, and share relevant industry updates.

  • Collaboration & Networking: Identify mentors, build partnerships, coordinate with teams, and represent the organization at events.

  • SHG Visits & Coordination: Assist with visits, documentation, and related logistics. Content Creation: Create content for social media and digital platforms.
