Job Title Assistant Manager(Construction & Campus Administration)

Qualification

  • Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.

  • Relevant experience in construction coordination, procurement, administration, or store management is preferred.

Key Responsibilities

1. Construction Coordination

  • Coordinate day-to-day construction activities.
  • Monitor project progress and timelines.
  • Follow up with contractors, consultants, architects, and vendors.
  • Verify work completion and support billing documentation.

2. Campus Administration

  • Coordinate infrastructure and maintenance activities across departments.
  • Assist in campus administrative work, inspections, and events.
  • Liaise with internal departments and external agencies.

3. Procurement & Bill Processing

  • Raise purchase requisitions and follow up on material procurement.
  • Coordinate bill verification, approvals, and payment processing.
  • Maintain records of purchase orders and contractor bills.

4. Store Management

  • Supervise the receipt, storage, and issue of materials.
  • Maintain inventory records and conduct periodic stock verification.
  • Monitor stock availability and material usage.

5. Documentation & Reporting

  • Maintain project files, contracts, drawings, and correspondence.
  • Prepare periodic progress reports and maintain activity trackers.
  • Record meeting minutes and follow up on action points.


6. General Responsibilities

  • Ensure compliance with organizational policies and procedures.
  • Support the reporting authority in assigned administrative and operational tasks.
  • Perform any other duties assigned from time to time.

Required Skills
  • Excellent coordination and communication skills.
  • Strong organizational and follow-up abilities.
  • Knowledge of construction processes and documentation.
  • Familiarity with procurement and inventory management.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and email communication.
  • Ability to work under pressure, prioritize tasks, and maintain confidentiality.
  • High integrity, accountability, and attention to detail.
