Job

• MCom or MBA in Finance is mandatory (NET preferred)


• Minimum 2+ years of experience in teaching management courses and engaging students


• Strong knowledge in Finance subjects such as Financial Management, Accounting, Investment Analysis, etc.


• Ability to work collaboratively with colleagues and contribute to program and university initiatives


• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills


• Previous teaching experience in a higher education setting

• Deliver online MBA courses across various subjects in the Finance domain


• Engage and support students in the online classroom through regular communication, feedback, and grading


• Participate in program development and improvement activities such as curriculum design and assessment
