We are looking for a responsible, proactive Residential Hostel Caretaker for our Men’s Hostel. The ideal candidate will support the smooth day-to-day functioning of the hostel, ensure student welfare, and maintain discipline and cleanliness within the premises.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist wardens in daily hostel operations and student supervision 


• ccompany students to the hospital/medical facility in case of illness or emergencies


• Address student requests and coordinate resolutions promptly


• Ensure discipline, safety, and adherence to hostel rules


• Maintain basic records and administrative documentation Requirements


• Bachelor’s Degree (minimum qualification)


• Prior experience in hostel, residential facility, or accommodation management preferred


• Basic computer proficiency (MS Office, email, record keeping)


• Good communication, interpersonal, and coordination skills


• Ability to handle students responsibly and maintain a professional environment
