We seek a Research Scientist with PhD in Psychology to lead research initiatives at the intersection of AI, digital mental health, and youth wellbeing. You'll own research strategy, validate intervention efficacy, and drive evidence-based product development. 

• Lead research design for AI-driven mental health interventions with youth populations


• Develop and oversee user studies, behavioral assessments, and psychological outcome measures


• Translate psychological theory into chatbot/digital platform requirements and validation frameworks


• Analyze quantitative and qualitative data on intervention impact and user engagement


• Author and lead peer-reviewed publications and conference presentations


• Collaborate on grant proposals for mental health tech research funding


• Mentor junior researchers and students on research methodology

• PhD in Psychology, Clinical Psychology, Health Psychology, or related field


• 2+ years postdoctoral or research scientist experience


• Published research in digital mental health, technology-mediated interventions, or youth psychology


• Experience designing and validating behavioral/psychological assessments


• Familiarity with youth mental health landscape (stress, academic pressure, digital wellbeing)


• Technical literacy with AI/chatbot platforms (not necessarily coding)
