| Qualification
|
- B.E./B.Tech./M.Tech. in Electronics & Communication Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, Cyber Security, Basic knowledge of cryptography, secure communication protocols, and embedded system security will be an added advantage.
- Candidates with academic or project experience in SoC platforms, embedded system development, firmware programming, or IoT security are preferred Embedded Systems, or related disciplines.

- The Security Research Engineer will support the design, development, implementation, and evaluation of advanced cybersecurity solutions for enterprise, cloud, IoT, embedded, and critical infrastructure environments.
- The role involves conducting vulnerability research, security assessments, malware analysis, exploit validation, protocol security analysis, secure software development, and threat intelligence research.
- The candidate will work closely with senior researchers and engineers to develop innovative cybersecurity technologies, security automation tools, proof-of-concept implementations, and next-generation cyber defence solutions.

| Key Responsibilities
|
- Conduct cybersecurity research on emerging threats, vulnerabilities, attack techniques, and mitigation strategies. Perform vulnerability assessment, penetration testing, security validation, and protocol analysis for software, web, cloud, network, embedded, and IoT systems.
- Develop Proof-of-Concept (PoC) exploits, security testing frameworks, automation tools, and security scripts using Python, Bash, C/C++, or similar languages.
- Perform malware analysis, reverse engineering, binary analysis, firmware security assessment, and threat intelligence research using industry-standard tools.
- Implement and evaluate secure authentication, cryptographic mechanisms, access control, and AI/ML-based cybersecurity solutions for anomaly detection and intrusion detection.
- Conduct security testing, benchmarking, performance evaluation and develop detection rules, IDS/IPS signatures, and security analytics.
- Collect, analyze, and document experimental results, prepare technical reports, research papers, and contribute to prototype development and funded R&D projects.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and stay updated with advancements in cybersecurity, AI, cloud security, IoT security, offensive security, and secure systems
