- AMMACHI Labs seeks a technically competent, enthusiastic STEM Educator to deliver hands-on STEM programmes for K–12 students.
- Technical and Professional Competencies Practical knowledge of Electronics, Robotics, Coding, AI, IoT, or Design Thinking.
- Ability to operate and troubleshoot STEM kits, hardware, and software.
- Enthusiasm for experiential learning and teaching diverse grade levels.
- Strong classroom management, communication, student engagement, and organisational skills.
- Ability to maintain records and collaborate with school and programme teams.
- Initiative, adaptability, reliability, and willingness to learn.
- Prior experience in STEM teaching, technical training, or working with children is preferred.

| Key Responsibilities
|
- Deliver hands-on sessions aligned with the 2nd Foundation curriculum.
- Prepare and maintain STEM labs, kits, materials, and software.
- Guide student experiments, coding, prototyping, and problem-solving.
- Monitor student progress and mentor projects, exhibitions, and competitions.
- Coordinate with school staff and programme teams.
- Maintain session records, feedback, activity evidence, and inventory.
- Participate in training, reviews, assessments, and professional development.

| Work Requirements
|
- Conduct classroom sessions and manage STEM kits and hardware.
- Work on-site in Kolkata and travel within India as required.
- Work independently while coordinating with the central programme team.
