Abstract : A flexible tortoise-shaped textile antenna is designed for military applications using a polyester substrate to enhance communication reliability and data integrity. The proposed antenna resonates at the frequencies 2.45 GHz and 5.13 GHz, supporting the Wi-Fi-6 (2.4, 5) GHz bands. Furthermore, the proposed antenna has achieved a gain of 6.384 dB and a directivity of 8.611 dBi. The designed antenna performance is evaluated using Specific Adsorption Rate Analysis (SAR) which was observed to be 0.08452 W/kg averaged over 10 g tissue model. The antenna is modelled using CST simulation software.
