Abstract : The goal of developing young leaders is of such critical importance to the individual and to society that it should be made an integral part of college. While it is also the responsibility of parents, communities and religious affiliations to develop leaders, the college environment is an ideal laboratory for creating young leaders in purposeful and intentional ways. Examine leadership from a psychological-sociological perspective. Developing self understanding, intrapersonal skills, knowledge of one’s strengths and weaknesses can facilitate leadership growth everyday.
