Abstract : This paper introduces CampusVision, an innovative technology that integrates augmented reality (AR) with deep learning-powered semantic segmentation to transform campus navigation. CampusVision employs advanced image processing techniques to extract crucial campus characteristics by pre-processing satellite data and utilizing the ResUNet model for semantic segmentation. Thereafter, Unity3D integrates these properties so they create a virtual environment that can be accessed using AR devices. Users are provided with complete information about events, buildings and landmarks through the augmented reality interface of the system which has real-time overlays. To enhance the quality of immersive campus walk-through experiences, CampusVision uses interactive tools and seamless navigation, thereby increasing convenience, productivity, and user satisfaction.
